Norfolk Dapple:  An unpasteurised, clothbound, hard cows’ milk cheese with a dapple grind.

Binham Blue: A blue handmade cheese produced on the Holkham estate in Norfolk.  The cheese is full flavoured and creamy textured Gurney’s Gold: A washed rind cheese, which pays homage to the cheeses of Normandy.  It has a creamy unctuous texture.

 Norfolk Charm:  Britain’s newest cheese, has a creamy texture similar to Wensleydale, made beneath the whirling sails of Bircham Mill.  

Copy’s Cloud: Made from a fluffy white rind with a melting centre
