• All rates are per room, based on 2 adults sharing a double room, and include V.A.T. All rooms are non smoking.
• Family rooms can sleep up to four people and consist of one bedroom with double bed, single bed and fold up bed and one bathroom
  
• Two room family units can sleep up to 6 people and consist of two bedrooms and one bathroom
  
• The three room family unit can sleep up to seven people and consists of three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms
  
• Children staying in parents’ room as a 3rd or 4th person are charged at £20 per day (B&B). There is no charge for cots, or babies not in a bed.
• Single occupancy rates are based on 1 person occupying a standard room.
• All rooms have en-suite bathroom, fridge, TV, DVD/CD player, radio, alarm clock, phone, free Wi-Fi, iron and board, hairdryer and tea/coffee.
• There is ample car parking. Check-in is from 2:00. Rooms must be vacated by 10:30 a.m. on the day of departure.
• Dogs are welcome in certain rooms set aside only for guests with dogs - please advise us in advance (£8 per day charge). Please bring their own bedding and keep them on leads in the hotel grounds. Unfortunately dogs are not allowed in the restaurant but they are allowed on the wooden floor area in the lounge.
• Full breakfast buffet is served between 8:00 and 9:30 a.m. Breakfast is available in your room for an extra charge.
• The Dinner Bed and Breakfast rate includes a free choice of three courses from the normal a la carte evening menu. Evening meal for children under 14 is £10. For those aged 14 and over it is worked out as £30 for the first day, then £25 for each day thereafter.
• We require a £30 per person deposit to secure all bookings (£15 per child).
