Honey glazed figs, feta, roquette, aged balsamic

Pan fried wild mushrooms on toast, poached hens egg

Slow braised pork belly, tenderstem broccoli, roast apple puree, grain mustard mash, cider jus

Grilled pave of hake, spiced lentils, roast baby veg, curry oil

Root vegetable crumble, crispy kale, celeriac puree
