Caley Hall is a family run business full of character and country charm just ten minutes’ walk from the beach. Set around the original manor house which dates back to 1648 are 38 stylish bedrooms, an eighty-cover rosette awarded restaurant and a relaxing bar and lounge.
During the last few years the public areas have been beautifully refurbished. The lounge is a truly relaxing space with comfy sofas, soft lighting and a log fire for those colder evenings.
When the sun is shining, you’re in for a real treat as the courtyard areas and main patio offer the perfect sun traps for a cool glass of Pimm’s or a refreshing pint in the sunshine!
Caley Hall was awarded a 3 Silver Star AA rating this year and has held an AA rosette since 2011.
The lounge and bar a Caley Hall are the perfect place to unwind and relax. You can call in for a quiet morning coffee in the lounge, pop in for a cup of tea and a muffin in the afternoon, or settle down with a nice bottle of wine in the evening, food is served in both the restaurant and bar daily from 12 noon until 9pm.
When the sun is out, which it often is in “Sunny Hunny”, the patio area is the perfect place to sit back and soak in the fresh coastal air along with a cool beer or a refreshing glass of Pimms.
Here at Caley Hall we love our four-legged friends which is why we’re a dog friendly hotel. We offer eleven dog friendly rooms including family rooms which all have easy access to outside, and doggy bowls.

The staff gave a warm welcome and assisted us with luggage to our room. It is perfect for people with disabilities as everything is on the level, with ramps. We ate in the restaurant in the evening, the food was superb. Wonderful presentation and brilliant tastes. Thank you to the Chef and serving staff. The cooked breakfast was all locally sourced produce and was great. ThanksSue
A chance stop for lunch and we weren’t disappointed. Lovely calm environment, friendly staff and great food. We had the Sunday roast which was delicious and plentiful, the cauliflower cheese was heaven and I’ve not said that before! Thank you for welcoming us and our dog.Jennie
Great priced hotel, lovely staff, awesome beach for walking your dog, great location and other than the room being a little small and hot I can’t fault this venue. Breakfast out on the patio was really nice too. Will definitely be visiting again.Anonymous
